Apartment Marija is recently renovated and can accommodate 3 guests.
Less than 5-minute walk from the Old Town, it consists of a master bedroom (queen size/double bed), second bedroom (single bed), living room, kitchen, bathroom and a terrace with designated dining area. Although this apartment doesn’t have central air-conditioning, it is hosted inside an old house with thick walls keeping its temperature cool and comfortable. Bedrooms and living room have powerful ceiling fans.

Apartment Julia
This charming studio apartment with balcony and sea view is located above the beautiful Uvala Lapad bay, 3 kilometers from the Old Town, approx.10-15 minutes by bus. Bus stop is 3 minutes walking distance.
The sea and a nice seaside walking pathway that leads to many beautiful beaches around entire Lapad peninsula are in immediate proximity.
Above the apartment is the beautiful Petka natural reserve, with an ideal jogging or long walks path, from which you are certain to enjoy some stunning views of the Dubrovnik riviera.
Both supermarket and bakery are also nearby (160 m), while Uvala Lapad Beach (sand and small pebble) is 250 m away. There is also new, modern 3D cinema with 3 halls just 200 m from the apartment.
Apartment Romeo

Romeo is recommended for a couple or a family with children. It is not suitable for disabled people or people with walking difficulties.

Apartment Ivana is spread on 2 levels, with ground floor having a large open space: living room (with two sofa beds), spacious kitchen, dining area and storage. On the top floor there are 3 double bedrooms – master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower) and another bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The outdoor area consists of a terrace with a table and 8 chairs, a charcoal barbecue and covered private parking place. Please let us know in advance if you need us to reserve a parking place for you.

House Marija
Recently renovated two bedroom house with a beautiful garden full of roses and other flowers and with an amazing view of Old Town of Dubrovnik. It’s garden is perfect to enjoy dining outside or enjoying a glass of wine and reading your favorite book.
Old Town with a number of great restaurants, museums, places to visit, as well as 2 very nice beaches (beach Banje and Sulic) are all within 10 minutes walk.
House Marija consists of 2 bedrooms – one double bedroom and other that can either be set as double, or as a twin bedroom (please let us know your wished how to set it before arriving), living area, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, terraces with a big stone table and gorgeous garden with another table and two sun loungers.
The Old Well Apartment
Enjoy your Dubrovnik stay in this lovely brand new apartment located in the Old Town.
It is named after the old well which was made in this location in 18th century and was important source of water for the house, even for the neighborhood. In towns like Dubrovnik, which used to even be under sieges for period of time, water was an essential resource used for drinking, cooking, washing dishes, animal feed etc.
Thick walls today keep the house fresh even during hot summer days.
The whole apartment is private and for guests to use.
